Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, VISA, check, or net 15 terms for approved account holders. 1.5% per month fee for overdue invoices. Customer will agree to reimburse Finger Lakes Trellis Supply for all damages, collection fees, attorney fees and other costs associated with obtaining payment. Finger Lakes Trellis Supply is not responsible for debit card overdrafts in the event of billing mistakes.

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. 

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return any item sold by Finger Lakes Trellis Supply within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is taken out of the original sealed envelope.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any item that is returned refunded or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will replace, at no additional cost, any items received in damaged condition as a result of shipping or handling. Replacements will be sent once the damaged items are received in our offices.

We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner; however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.

Sales Taxes
Finger Lake Trellis Supply shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State.
